They not only think they can live forever, they exude it in their expressions, and their plans for human digital-neural integration at the slave level are the fashionings of livestock management. When a low status person (assuming Joe was placed and propped up) gets to a certain point of wealth, stardom, or public notability, they are considered a high visiblity asset and are approached to be reigned in with varying levels of coercion by secret competing groups/clubs. They may appeal to your desire for women and power, money and power, drugs and power (handlers and enables) - they may guilt you into confessing your secrets and then blackmail you (scientology and intel) - or they could just outright threaten you and your loved ones(jews and also Intel). In simple terms - they get indoctrinated into a cult by force. In more complex, yet vague, terms: it could be a bevy of psyop Intel groups, bogus NuReligions, secret cartels and mobs, secret dignataries, operating groups of old royal bloodlines, and the keepers of lost human secrets in general. All's fair in love and war and any group could move to absorb an asset (prosperous person) at any time. If the asset refuses to cooperate, they can chop it down like a crop and harvest it. They'll eat all of the asset's assets and that's their take. Other assets in place at policing/justice level will sign off on all the lies, they'll throw the person in jail and find a way to seize everything. Crop harvested - a little early and not as bountiful as expected, but the fields are providing as expected. That's exactly what human lives are in the game of money, we move it around and build it up for them so the corrupt can take it. The inflation and overt taxation ensure the normal people are left penniless when the usury system runs it's course, meanwhile the enfolded corrupt assets were able to glean millions of fiat dollars to secure physical places and things for their security when the plug is pulled. If the asset comes on board with the organization (is held over a barrel by threat of death upon breaking trust oaths), then they are slowly introduced to the perks of the club - one of which being advanced medical treatment/therapies.
