Why would they have to throw away a closed vial?
I think the (obviously wrong) idea here is that they have to remove them from refrigeration to get them to warm up to a temperature that's good for injection. They're kept at something like -80 degrees, but from what I understand they are supposed to be injected at that temperature too.

That's what I thought too, I have no idea how the fuck it's supposed to work.
So, they will simply call the next sheep in line, big deal.
Thus why I said the whole premise of this tweet was obviously wrong.
