We eat dinner between 4 and 5 generally. We go to bed around 830/9.

Still a night owl here. I am usually up until at least midnight.

I get up for work at 4am every morning so I really can't stay up too late during the week.

Same here. As a kid we ate dinner whenever my dad got home from work, which was usually around 6 PM. That just stuck with me into adulthood.

Yep. Usually it was around 5:30pm for us. Still follow it.
