Yep. That's a dem state for you. My vote no list is always no school bonds and no on anything for schools, no housing developments, and especially no low-income housing developments, no on any 'temporary' tax hikes for special projects because it never goes down, and no utility rate hikes. But then that's California and the stupid voters vote 'yes', the cheater votes guarantee a yes, and another dem state majority don't care.
