He should have handed everyone on welfare a snow shovel to go out and clear the streets instead. It could be those "shovel-ready jobs" obama promised would magically appear. Isn't the proletariat working for state benefits the way communists like to do things anyway?

How about taking out the trash, cleaning up the homeless, fixing pot holes, cleaning bathrooms, putting cops on the street, putting shop lifters, car jackers, drug addicts, and hookers in jail?
