That all these fraud operations are so easily uncovered by mere cursory glances indicated that the whole government bureaucracy in Minneapolis (and elsewhere) are complicit, even if they are not directly benefiting from it.

This part is so absurd it made me laugh:

The Somalis run the airport. They’re the ground crews. They’re the airport staff. They’re friggin TSA.

We have an airport in the United States of America run by pirates.

This isn’t all new. I remember the federal Republican rep. said back in 2014 that they knew about this fraud, including the airport they used to move the money out of the country.
