Alrighty then, he's officially declared himself an invader for the Somalian people and is thus an enemy combatant. He should be considered kill on sight by the armed forces, and so should the rest of the Somalians in America.

A local official (including sworn law enforcement officers) who violates their oath of office can be charged criminally, but not for treason. That's a federal offense. In some jurisdictions it's a misdemeanor. In others it's a felony.

No way some Somali politician is going to ask for an indictment of a Somali sheriff. This dude will get away with it unless it's used against him in federal court for violating his citizenship or residency oath.
