It's nice when Democrats at least attempt to be reasonable but in this case, he's wrong. There is some evidence that Trump is on the list. He has the list, yet he has not released it and has even tried to deny it's existence and downplay it's significance. That's not a smoking gun, but it is evidence.
To put it another way, if evidence of Trump's innocence exists, a hypothetical Trumpless Epstein list, he has it. So why hasn't he released it? It's non existence would explain that, thus the existence of a Trump containing list is a strong possibility.
Now if Trump IS on the list, that doesn't necessarily prove representative Moulton's claim that Trump took advantage of young girls. Epstein likely trafficked some adult women too. But that would still make anyone on the list a sex criminal.
I'm happy to be proven wrong though. Trump should release the list. Until that happens, him and any other politician is suspect.
