My next door neighbor just got his leg cut off cause of one.
55yo retired govt contractor. no chems, was tech bro
healthy, active, non-somker, drank a little.
No history of family illnesses.
Using his riding mower.
Legs goes numb/can't even get off mower.
3 hours later he only has one leg.

No, but one of my lower classmen in his late 40s just dropped dead recently. Like literally, now you see it now you don't.
