This is the way. For now. If they can get a license in a state like Commiefornia well, now they can't drive into FL or states like it or they maybe be arrested and deported. This is how we stop it. They won't be able to do any interstate deliveries vastly limiting their range and profits. It will make the job not worth doing for them if they can be pulled over, jailed and deported if they go through "the wrong state". Guess what? There is a wall of red in the middle of the country that would be more than happy to jail and deport them.
