My kids are adults now, so it's not nearly as much of a concern.
It's stupid crazy. If I were closer to Mexico, I'd probably do the same.
Little Mexico here doesn't really count, but for the "getting old" shit that I need, I've found a doctor that will work with me.
Luckily for me, nearby mexico caters to the retirees, and it's not all that far. Hell they even have a shuttle for the really old folks who can't drive anymore. Thankfully I'm not there yet.
