His father, Richard Ossoff, who is of Russian Jewish and Lithuanian Jewish descent, is an attorney who owns Strafford Publications, a specialist publishing company, and who was active in the 1980s fight against the Presidential Parkway planned for intown Atlanta. Ossoff was raised Jewish and, due to his mother being a gentile, formally converted to the religion prior to his bar mitzvah.

I still don't understand why anything, including sports, is still divided by gender. I've been hearing and reading, my entire life, that a girl/woman can do anything that a boy/man can do, often better. I thought that we were all the same now. Was I lied to my whole life?
