I have to say that the big binder thing is about the mainstream media orientation of the press office. They need to lose that. It's like when the good doctor comes to Washington and they tell them to put on a lab coat so everybody knows they are a doctor. No points for Bondi non-announcement and poor expectation management, but fire the press people over the binders. Get some new blood in there.
