I hate how they are talking about them being unqualified because they are "young".
You fucking morons. When I was 20 I knew more about my work than people that had been in it for 30 years. I worked fucking hard (and still do), read everything under the sun and bust ass.
Age is not a indication of skill. Also, running 18 hour days at least 4 days a week when SHTF until things were in good shape was the SOP. I hated a lot of that but it is what it is. I don't suggest you do it but I did and to give me shit for being "young" just made me lose all respect for you.
I don't underestimate people and only care about MERIT.
