The answer here is NOT to add (((government regulation))) to NGOs and other private organizations. The answer is to remove the jews who use the NGOs and other organizations to do their dirty work. If you remove the jews, corruption virtually disappears and you can controls whatever corruption is left over with strict punishments to make the crime not be worth the risk. The jew and always will be the problem. You have to solve that part first.
