I have to wonder what the left plans due to the Jack Shit Smith dismissal WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Do they have some kind of trick where they can come after Trump again after his next term? Or will any statutes of limitations be up by then? Trump's lawyers agreed to the dismissal so I do hope they have the future evil twists figured out.

I just mentioned that very thing in a reply to a different post. I think he wants to leave the option open for a future leftist prosecutor. I have to imagine Trump's lawyers will know how to handle it if that happens.
