I think it would do the exact opposite. Holding Generals who are traitors to account for their crimes would IMPROVE morale. I doubt the men and women who came back dead or with a few less limbs would disagree since they wars they fought in where illegal to begin with. Milley ADMITTING to contacting the Chinese and telling them he would not follow any orders by his COMMANDER IN CHIEF is treason point blank.

Agreed. The leftist general upon who's opinion the article was based is afraid for his leftist buddies' careers. The rank and file would see it the way you and I (and most sane people) do.
Maybe the moral of the generals, but not us grunts who saw our brothers and sisters die needlessly.
