They will never be able to "turn the page". TDS is all but incurable. The vast majority of them will suffer from TDS for the remainder of their lives, blaming all manner of calamities, small and large on the omnipotent Orange Man. Even now, when he is not currently in power, they are upset at the things they imagine he would do should he win. Even after he is gone, they will continue to be upset about the things they imagine he would have done had he not left (like declaring himself dictator for life). They will do this without any sense of irony.

It's hard to believe the US has fallen into such madness this fast. I guess in this world it's only a matter of time before every country faces tyranny.
