Well, how else are they going to turn the criminal illegal aliens into "doctors and scientists"? Not like you would want to go to Canada for medical care in the first place....

Toronto is already a 3rd world city. I was there last September. Downtown is filled with every shade of black and brown imaginable. I sat on some steps and watched the freak show for awhile and was horrified. I wouldn't walk around there at night without body armor, some serious fire power and a few hand grenades.
