You know. This could work. The part about supply lines being open. I am surprised white su-PRE-MAST groups haven't set up stuff like organizing relief work and supplies to those who need it.

Imagine the media losing its shit if the GDL shows up with organized plans and delivering supplies to areas the hardest hit by the hurricane.
