A corrupt mayor should not be allowed to resign, he should fired so he gets Zero pension.

I think EVERY elected offical should have to endure a 2nd election when their time is done, and the outcome of that election determines the choice of the citizens: does that elected offical even get a pension, or do they get a swift kick in the ass on their way out.
