Frankly, I'd simply connect gas bottles to my stove.
I was just looking at buying natural gas in portable tanks just to see if they sold them. I know they sell natural gas in large containers for off grid applications and usually a fill up lasts a year.
I think converting the stove to propane might be better.
I think you're right. Amazon has plenty of natural gas -> propane kits for grills and a lot of the ranges sold today have conversion kits from the manufacturer.
