Per usa.gov you can seek asylum in the US if...

Does this count as a political opinion? Is she eligible for asylum? She might not be our gal, but I'd take her over the fence jumpers any day.

I'm sure she could apply if she wanted to, but would she? She's got the perfect opportunity to play the victim while also playing staunch defender of women. Moreover, the Biden Junta would likely reject her claim, anyway.
