Destabilize every city in the country by importing the 3rd world at the fastest pace in recorded history (while giving them free money,food,housing). Then, make sure that even if someone that doesn't want to destroy the country some how get's in charge.. they won't have the resources to recover for decades. Oh, then fund/start multiple wars with NUCLEAR POWERS.
