There is no justice in America. The judge would probably just award summary judgement to Epps prior to depositions. Or, more likely Fox will just settle as they are controlled opo.
If there was justice, it would be a fucking eye opener to sit on on the deposition of a fed agent. They'd be able to pull him in and question him about pretty much anything, dig through his bank accounts, phone and message history, everything. But, that won't happen.
