Technically, they probably do. Budlight is but one brand under the Transheiser Busch banner. Canceling bud light is not near enough to destroy the actual beast that is Transheiser Busch. Personally, I went and investigated to learn every brand that they own. It’s actually quite extensive and there were many beers on that list which I didn’t realize were from Transheiser Busch. But most people won’t go to the trouble to do what I did. They’ll say “fuck Bud lite” and then keep lining the pockets of Transheiser Busch otherwise. Unless there’s a boycott of the parent company - which includes all of their brands - this doesn’t accomplish much except for making some conservatives feel like they’re doing something that matters and upsetting some faggot liberals.
