There are very few Christians (relatively) who even believe in demons, much less who believe that they can wreak havoc like this…even though it’s very clearly stated in the Bible and deliverance from demonic oppression was one of Jesus’ primary ministries. A ministry which, by the way, believers can also deploy…and were actually instructed to deploy: “Heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons”. - Jesus So part of the problem is that not enough Christians are bold and forceful enough to fight it. The other half of it is that demons can’t legally do such things without having been given license. Many of these oppressed people willingly give license for this and simultaneously don’t even believe in the very entities which plague them. So until someone under oppression/possession is willing to denounce that license and also accept Christ, they will be slaves to this sort of thing.
