Even if it's not, then an enterprising mechanic could certainly come up with something to make it run. It's not like the manuals for the stuff is hidden away, a lot of it's online, and there's nothing really special about the vehicles themselves save some of the electronics. Helicopters, sure, that's a difficult proposition even if you have the maintenance facilities. But a truck? No problem.
