These were meant for ANA before they all ran off. Good luck using any of that equipment without a proper "tooth to tail" supply line of US Army parts and engineers because these will not work for long without regular maintenance.

Even if it's not, then an enterprising mechanic could certainly come up with something to make it run. It's not like the manuals for the stuff is hidden away, a lot of it's online, and there's nothing really special about the vehicles themselves save some of the electronics.
Helicopters, sure, that's a difficult proposition even if you have the maintenance facilities. But a truck? No problem.
