typical host, asks a question he doesn't think the person can answer, and then when they do start to answer immediately interrupts and doesn't want the guest to answer the question that was asked. Sounds a lot like the famous interview with Jordan Peterson where the host kept trying to put words in his mouth by starting with "so you're saying" and then says something he didn't say at all.
