I heard some white house mouthpiece on Face the Nation try to explain the difference was that Trump scoffed the law through the document recovery process whereas Biden is cooperating with the national archives and the DOJ.

But the CBS reporter couldn't help himself and reflexively replied, "Yeah, except for taking them and spreading them across 3 states in the first place." It was wonderful.
