Lol... I probably don't need to explain this to poal users... but there is a reason that everyone around the world is trained to shoot for center mass.

Shooting arms is too difficult, they're small targets and they move around a lot. Same with legs. Also, a bullet to the thigh could easily kill a person- same if it hits an artery in the arm.

Gunshots to limbs don't typically drop people. Sometimes, sure- but usually they'll just flinch where they were hit, they'll stumble and trip on their injured leg... but they're still fully conscious. And I'm assuming you're shooting them because they pose a deadly threat, having a knife or a gun of their own. A person with ten bullets in each leg could still shoot back and kill you.

The most effective way to end a gunfight, is shooting the fucker in the torso. I've seen enough shooting videos to know that, typically, a single shot from pretty much any type of firearm, pistol or rifle or shotgun, with almost any type of ammunition, placed in the target's stomach or chest area, ALWAYS puts them down. It at least will knock them over, giving you time to quickly assess and deliver follow-up shots if necessary. People don't tend to get back up and keep fighting after catching two 9mm in the stomach or chest.

There have been some very rare instances where police have shot weapons out of the hands of a guy who was in a standoff, holding a hostage or something like that. But this is performed by a man with a sniper rifle, in an elevated position, with a mostly stationary target. By the time he hears the gunshot, the bullet already struck his arm or hand, knocking the weapon away.

But we're talking "shootouts". You don't have time in a shootout to carefully aim for their left hand or leg. You have time to get your weapon on tareget, and fire, and your goal is ending the fight as quickly as possible, reducing the chance of you or other innocents being injured in the gunfight. Center mass and headshots are the only way to do this efficiently, and headshots are "more deadly" than torso shots, I suppose? Also a lot harder to hit a head, they are small and move around quite a bit.

Noticing a pattern? We aim at the target that's biggest, and moves the least, and also happens to hold all of your important insides and big nerve bundles.

Shooting someone is deadly force. It doesn't matter where you're aiming, what you strike, etc.. The act of shooting at someone is an attempt to end their life, just like trying to stab someone is an attempt to end their life. There's no gray area here.

Watch, they'll make some kind of plastic ammunition the standard for police in nigger areas, or rubber bullets. Tyrone's got a fully automatic AK-47 (which he found in a mysterious military crate, that appeared randomly in some alley- there's a great video with a former gang nigger where he talks about this, how suddenly in the middle of the night, a bunch of commotion would bring all the niggers out, and they'd all loot this crate filled with military grade weaponry and ammunition) with real bullets, against a bunch of cops with rubber bullets and pistols... not going to end well for the cops, I would guess.
