Just examine this piece in a critical way for a moment. The writer of it actually make the left's point. He writes:
But sure, it’s Republicans who are violent and dangerous. TOTALLY.
Then he quotes someone else who makes the left's point:
these right wing extremists…
Now, ask yourself why this conservative writer is making the point for the leftists?
You're going to say sarcasm, right? Think a little deeper. Why is this self-negating, self-defeating sarcasm so common, and so popular? Because if you look at it coldly, you can't deny that it asserts the talking points of the enemy. Why are conservatives repeating the talking points of liberals without critical thought, like parrots?
It's because we have been trained to do so. Every time we use this false sarcasm, we undercut our position and support the position of the Democrats. Think about it! Think about the words you are actually saying, and what you are actually doing.
