I think he tried to say he’s done 16, and has been asked by another 20? Not sure what the 48 was in reference to. He’s obviously lying and just making up numbers anyways.

That video audio is characteristic of Alzheimer's speech defect. It is a "word salad" because the brain functions which control speaking are scrambled. IMHO, xiden was off his meds a little longer than the puppet-masters calculated and his malfunctioning was the evidence of that.
