Now that the rule dropped it will interesting to watch the court challenges. I'll have to wait to see what my company is going to do as well.

I've been browsing over the actual ETS(public-inspection.federalregister.gov) and it is very sloppy and amateurish. For instance, search for "four hours" and note the paragraph around it is repeated about a dozen times. I think the biggest effective challenge will be who deals with (pays for) permanent disabilities. OSHA has never mandated something before that in itself and outside of your job requirement can permanently harm or kill you. Some of their mandates can result in harm if misused and there are a lot of jobs that are inherently dangerous. However, you could kill someone with the mandated vax that works in an otherwise completely safe office environment. This really is unheard of from OSHA.

I'm sure Shapiro's lawsuit is just one of the first, with many more to come.
The company where I work now has no mask or vax mandate, but is just the type of company that would roll over. I'm in wait-and-see mode, too.

Right, multiple states will sue too. Hopefully there will be an injunction until the suits are resolved. Which could take a while.

That's the key, right there.
