You'd think after the election maybe they'd step back, evaluate, and realize this path isn't working.
Nah...
No becuz dems repeat mistakes hence Biden / camel toe
Only because they fucking cheated.
They are fully committed. If they can't establish control over the people everything will eventually fall apart. They have no choice but to charge ahead. Their global plan hinges upon it.
Biden and Harris are disposable to them. They are taking a gamble this won't harm their brand in the future.
I think you are right. They already tipped their hand. Hell you had Terry McAuliffe go as far as saying parents shouldn't have a say in what their children are taue.

Nah...
Self awareness from politicians?
Nah...
Now that the rule dropped it will interesting to watch the court challenges. I'll have to wait to see what my company is going to do as well.
I've been browsing over the actual ETS (public-inspection.federalregister.gov) and it is very sloppy and amateurish. For instance, search for "four hours" and note the paragraph around it is repeated about a dozen times. I think the biggest effective challenge will be who deals with (pays for) permanent disabilities. OSHA has never mandated something before that in itself and outside of your job requirement can permanently harm or kill you. Some of their mandates can result in harm if misused and there are a lot of jobs that are inherently dangerous. However, you could kill someone with the mandated vax that works in an otherwise completely safe office environment. This really is unheard of from OSHA.

I'm sure Shapiro's lawsuit is just one of the first, with many more to come.
The company where I work now has no mask or vax mandate, but is just the type of company that would roll over.
I'm in wait-and-see mode, too.
