Yeah. They were "able to recover" the data. That's the story they seem to be going with.
Seems pretty clear it was deleted and recovered from a raid 10 drive. They simply didn't delete all copies. Now they claim it wasn't deleted because not all copies were deleted even though there was an attempt to delete it and they failed to do so.
Technically correct, that it wasn't deleted. Technically correct, they tried and failed.

I watched it live. They didnt know what RAid system it was. So he looked at the Master File Tables which showed files where deleted. They where then able once they figured out the raid system recover the files.
Oh FFS! I guess Q really IS in charge of the fucking audit!
