I thought it was just their property that was gated not the entire area. They need to get some armed security and insurance for damage and liability and the insurance companies will find and have arrested for real any people that cause damage since insurance companies are cheap and will track everyone down and likely sue whoever was in charge of the group aka arranged the protest and will also sue the town for not having police that are supposed to secure the area but abandoned their duty so the town would pay big.
The community already has a security team. They were (obviously) not doing their jobs.
Likely called the police were ignored, or blown off. Realized this and ran to save their own skins. They should have yelled to have the crowd stop, recorded it on the phones how they were ignored and even treated like a hated enemy when in fact were just a lowly paid person that checked on people to make sure they had permission to be there and tried to find somewhere online to show the violence and lack of respect to everything in their path that the crowd represented and how they were just a destructive mob of fools that were angry over the lied their simple minds believed without question. I might personally have panicked and shot the closest ones to me that looked dangerous even women if they were armed would have had a bullet. I think since it seems no one died from being shot the owners showed great restraint and the police did not show up at all, probably a smart move unless they were ordered not to. This would have been a perfect time for teargas and rubber bullets for not killing but stopping but faggots in power are cuffing the officers which in my eyes they should arrest anyone including a mayor that orders this in fact allowing dangerous individuals to flaunt the law and run loose for political purposes.
