The model for it was already built by the Mars Corporation that many people don't realize is actually the number one company in terms of sales in the pet care industry.
They created the Waltham Petcare Science Industry to develop AI tools using the heath records of pets, and have already created a test that can detect renal failure up to 3 years early based on the data from about 180,000 cats.
They are going to use Stargate to manage us just as they would their animals.
