All food is peasant food. Just because some food is expensive doesn't make it more than peasant food because everything stems from the same basic concepts as everyday cooking. You can't name one dish that isn't just dressed up peasant food.

I notice a lack of named dishes that aren't dressed up peasant food. If you can't name a non-peasant dish, then you are just paying a lot of money to eat goy slop as well only you're in denial of it.
