You can't be too picky about people. if they have a will to follow and work they should be assessed and given a chance if deemed worthy. Knowledge is shared within the group and people are taught and trained. This is why there has to be 3 circles of the organization. 1. Leadership 2. Inner circle (proven ones) 3. Outer circle (initiates, supporters, volunteers) The key is to find few good men that are willing to dedicate their lives to the cause. They will form an organization, set the values and create a "brand" that will attract others. Each of these few good men has to bring a specific skillset to the group. Also these are the people that will from the Leadership Circle. One thing I'm 100% certain of is that people wether they know it or not are desperate for a organization like this to arise and direct, assist and support them. An organization that would operate in Aryan lands world wide with the purpose of bringing us together in a common cause. Branch out everywhere. Help and support other Aryan groups. Organize meetings, protect each other and commonly fund operations and projects.
