I don't disagree, but last (((election))) was the last time they will allow us to vote. They woke up so many of the sleeping public that if the country hasn't burned down by then law abiding citizens will begin taking things into their own hands. That's not a risk I think they will take. The safest bet would be to have us in a state of emergency so that pesky Constitutional Rights like voting don't get in the way.
