When I was working full time and my wife was staying at home, it was the most happiest and peaceful time of my life. We could even save money after covering all the expenses. And then the EU came. For the next 2 years she had to break her back working in a professional kitchens just to barely keep our heads above the water, 16 hour per day 6-7 days in a week. Two of us working and we had to starve last week of the month and had no fuel in the car. Just like that, like (((someone))) flipped a switch once we joined EU.
