Daniel Penny's chokehold was NOT fatal. It subdued the erratic feral nigger until authorities arrived. The nigger was conscious and taken away for treatment, then died. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if they killed him to use Penny as a sacrificial lamb:

If nothing else, the Judge should be tried for being an accomplice.
