If you normalized the data with respect to conviction rates for violent crime, I would imagine that the "bias" would probably vanish. People aren't apprehensive of black males, they are apprehensive of people who they view as more likely to commit violent crimes against them. That is also why people are not apprehensive about asian males, as they have a very low rate of violent crime. People, and even niggers, don't like niggers because niggers are violent.
