Women respect men that get things done. If you share it after you are done, you get her respect. If you share it in the process, it is also now in her knowledge, which makes her more tense. If you share it as a future problem, you bring her issues.

So shut up and let God deal with your problems, confess if you done something bad and let your priest share your burden, and be a strong man for your family; not just physically (which also helps dealing with problems)
