Jews are not smarter than whites. In fact they have effectively manipulated this test to score higher. Especially since the psychologists that apply these tests are Jewish. Much like the exam centers are owned by Jews as well. Easier to score higher if you have the questions. Don't believe they are as smart as whites. I think they are around 90 really. That is what they scored when they moved here after WW2.
For the same reasons I dont believe chinese are smarter easier. They cheat as if it was part of their DNA.
