There is a bit of doubt about the entirety of that quote.

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies") is a slight misquotation of a statement Jefferson made in a letter to John Taylor in 1816.

There is no known attribution to the "If the American people..." section.

Yes, many times but mostly in reference to needing to love them & their need to subvert. Jefferson seems more like the "government has no right to ban any religion" type. TBH, I have not researched much into he and the jews - though I do remember some excerpts from various sources that most of the founders were against jews simply because of their anti-nationalist, pro-globalist stance and obvious, the central banking they demanded.
