False. His greatest deception is convincing people that his children are God's chosen ones. The bible clearly says Christians are God's chosen people.
Rev 3:9
"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."
John 8:44
Devil means fallen ones. It goes on to imply they are the children of Cain. Either by direct bloodline or by reintroduction by the Nephilium.
The bible also says "he deceived the whole world." Seems pretty accurate.
