with cell phones and police getting into the schools after Columbine. All the teachers that everyone suspected started getting busted. As cell phones became more common even the teachers we didnt suspect got busted.
the teachers union was toxic in respects to protecting the pedos in it, i've since moved far away from that place. but i do check my local area and its normally female teachers and staff getting busted for touching the kids.
